Session One: Turn Problems into Behaviors, and Define Success
Here’s where change becomes concrete.
In your first session, we’ll turn broad goals you have for yourself or others into“be more productive” or “stop procrastinating”. You’ll define exactly what success looks like: how often, how long, or how consistently those behaviors need to occur, and set up a simple way to track progress.This session bridges the gap between wanting to change and knowing how to do it. By the end, there will be specific actions to take.

Track, Learn, and Apply Behavioral Science
Once you start tracking, we use data, not guesswork, to guide your progress. You’ll see patterns in your day to day life: when motivation dips, when focus peaks, and what changes set you up for success.
Using evidence-based ABA strategies, we’ll reshape routines, add structure where it helps, and make good habits easier to maintain. This isn’t therapy, it’s behavior coaching designed for real world results. You’ll learn practical tools to strengthen, follow through, reduce unhelpful behaviors, and build systems that make consistency doable.

Sustain Success & Fade Support
As you meet your goals, our role shifts from coaching to consulting. You’ll continue tracking your progress, but with fewer sessions, fading support until you feel confident managing your habits independently.
The goal isn’t to rely on coaching forever, it’s to help you master the skills and self-monitoring strategies that keep your progress going strong. You’ll walk away with the clarity, structure, and confidence to maintain your success long-term.
